The following lunch menu will be served the week of Monday, August 7 through Friday, August 11 at centers where meals are served:
Monday, August 7: Beef Macaroni Casserole, Cheddar Cheese, Cauliflower, Fiesta Corn, Dinner Roll, and Pineapple Tidbits.
Tuesday, August 8: Breaded Chicken Brest with Scallopini Sauce, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans with Red Pepper, Whole Wheat Dinner Roll, and Peach & Pear Cup.
Wednesday, August 9: Entrée Salad
Chicken Salad with Cranberries, Fresh Mixed Greens with Dressing, Cherry Tomatoes & Carrots, Rye Bread, and Fresh Watermelon.
Thursday, August 10: Breaded Boneless Pork Chop with Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Country Vegetables, Whole Wheat Bread, and Chocolate Pudding.
Friday, August 11: Hamburger with Mushroom Gravy, Hamburger Bun, Oven Browned Potatoes, Seasoned Mashed Squash, and Fruited Gelatin.
