Lackawanna man arrested after attacking female.

On July 20, 2017 at approximately midnight, officers Omar and Wozniak responded to 16 Eaton Street for a disturbance. A female victim states that Vernon Morris Sr., 56, was engaged in a verbal disagreement with her that turned physical. Morris is accused of threatening the female and pushing and shoving her around, eventually punching her in the elbow, causing pain and discomfort. A male victim was on scene and attempted to get Morris to stop his actions. Morris picked up a pipe and threatened him with it. Morris was charged with menacing in the 2nd degree and harassment in the 2nd degree.

 

Loud music complaint leads to charges.

Officers Slimak and Gorczyca were dispatched to 3056 South Park Avenue several times for a loud music complaint. Joel T. Echeverria, 33, was advised twice about lowering the music he was playing in the yard under a tent. The third time, Echeverria was arrested and charged with violation of the local city noise ordinance.

 

Buffalo man arrested for urinating in public.

Officers Pyjas and Wozniak were on routine patrol when they witnessed Theoren J. Miller, 24, urinating on 715 Ridge Road in front of the general public. Miller was charged with public lewdness.
