Carolyn Cybulski chairman of the West Seneca Woman’s Club Ways and Means Committee presented this years scholarship and charity awards.
Scholarship awards were presented on June 7,2017 at West Seneca West and June 15,2017 at West Seneca East. Awards were in the amounts of $1,700 each. Awards went to Michaela Mann (WS West), Miranda Pazzuto (WS West), Lindsey Jensen (WS East) and Erin Stolasa (Mount Mercy Academy. The 2017 Memorial Scholarship went to Mary Ann Novak’s great nephew Nicholas Novak (St. Bonaventure).
With great pride this year the West Seneca Woman’s Club was able to add on a new scholarship for woman. The 2017 Woman’s Continuing Education Scholarship went to Lisa Zeames (surgical technology at Trocaire).
The West Seneca Woman’s Club Charity Awards were Genesis Center ($3,000), Grace Guest House ($3.000), WNY Perinatal Bereavement ($3000), Butterfly Moon ($1200), Aspire ($800) and Self-Advocacy Group ($200).
